Thursday we finally got our passports back from LA (after 5 weeks!) and we drove to the port of entry at the Canada/US border that has an immigration office, North Portal, to officially land as landed immigrants!!! I got the job at Canada Life!!!! After 3 weeks I finally was called by Alisa from HR to offer me the job. Yay!! I’ll be starting next week (Tuesday) and I’m very excited! Here’s the description from the ad:
