It’s been 21 years that this illuminated Canadian Pacific Holiday Train travels on two routes from Quebec to British Columbia with stops in several Canadian and US cities. But today was the first time we actually went to the Regina event!
The holiday train stops in almost 200 places in little over three weeks time, with several artists performing for half an hour in a wagon that converts into a stage for the occasion. Their is no fee, but the goal is to raise funds and food items for local food banks. The artists performing here in Regina were Meghan Patrick, Tanika Charles and Kelly Prescott.
It was fun, but hella cold!! The result is that you could have seen two metalheads dance to country and Christmas songs, because well, you gotta do what you gotta do to stay warm!
