We spent the day in South-Holland: visiting Rita at home, to the famous miniature world Madurodam with Ton, Martijn, Sander and Amy (they are visiting from South Korea, btw!) and we met with my dear friend Anneke on the North Sea beach after many years!
dad made it… 100 years old!
What a great celebration! The reception in the home was busy, lots of family and veterans, which meant a lot to him. The deputy mayor was also there and there was a royal letter with congratulations from the king and queen!
Europe trip – Eindhoven

Europe trip – Frankfurt area
Time to get back to the old country for dad’s 100th (!!) and a week of Crete (!!). We flew to Frankfurt this time and are spending a night with Markus in Weilrod.
