We still have the rest of the Sunday ahead of us, but we already had a fun weekend.

Friday night Diana and John were here, we got in email contact with each other through a mutual acquaintance, because they also plan to emigrate to Canada. They have applied for their skilled worker visa in November 2005, so hope to finally get some news during the next half year or so. I made some yummy food (several small dishes with chili, saté, salads etc) and we spent hours and hours chatting, watching pics and video until way past midnight 🙂 Very good times!

And yesterday Cora came by (she left earlier today), which had been quite a long time ago! Like the night before, it was a pity we couldn’t sit outside and BBQ, but we used the gourmet thing and had a great meal, esp. with grilling vegetables with cheddar and/or mozzarella cheese in the mini-pans or frying meat and even little pancakes on top.

Apparently even on these nights I just don’t eat as much anymore, because we’ve had several “sinning” moments this week (also been to a Greek restaurant and had fries), but I still lost a bit of weight! 5 kg in total now 🙂
