\nMurphy’s law strikes again. My leg is not too bad, I can walk on it, so I can work, I only have to give it enough rest otherwise it bothers me a bit (so all in all not bad at all).<\/p>\n

But then last week, yep, that time of the month again. Meaning… a migraine attack on Thursday. That day one of my best friends, Anneke, was getting married! NO way I would miss that!<\/p>\n

So in the evening we drove to Geldrop (one hour drive) for the evening and luckily I managed to stick it out for most of the evening. Even though I sat quiet in a corner, it was a fun night and the newlyweds looked gorgeous!!<\/p>\n

The next day I again defied my migraine (luckily it wasn’t so strong and Ibuprofen was my best friend again) and went to work from 11-3, that late because we would go bowling and have dinner with the whole department. I managed to work a little and attend the bowling and dinner. That was pretty cool, but when I got home I at 7pm was so exhausted I slept for three hours straight on the couch… and then I went to bed and slept the whole night too.<\/p>\n

Of course I was still hung over from the migraine on Saturday, but I also felt a bit feverish and my stomach was a bit upset. I didn’t eat much, but it only got worse and by Sunday it turned out to be a good old fashioned stomach flu! And let’s not forget it was that time of the month, so sometimes I didn’t even know what cramps I got for which reason \ud83d\ude15<\/p>\n

With some medication it’s getting better but I’m still on a dry bread and water\/tea diet. I hoped to at least lose some weight over it, but no such luck LOL! Oh well I’ll get over it…. time to end my rant and self pity mode and get on with my life\/work \":mrgreen:\"<\/p>\n
