For a little break in the winter, we went to the Resort at Cypress Hills again. We stayed in townhouse 302, participated in a fun snowshoe clinic and attended the Chinese New Year’s Buffet. As there wasn’t a whole lot of snow outside of the hills, we went for a drive, first to the south and driving back via the West Block and Maple Creek. We were advised to stop at the bakery in Consul and we instantly made some friends there! We chatted for over an hour with owners Vicki and Dave! On the whole drive we also saw dozens of deer!<\/p>\n
