The weather was perfect, sunny and 21\u00b0C, I took the morning off and Nico and I went to the GaiaPark (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gaiapark.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.gaiapark.nl<\/a>) in Kerkrade. Impressed once again by the park and the animals (cheetahs, giraffes, apes etc) we had a great time and ended up at the Mujo steakhouse in Scherpenseel, Germany (10 minutes from our place) for dinner. Now we&#8217;re back home, so if someone still wants to come by, we&#8217;re home now \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wobben.org\/photos\/2007\/0921-GaiaPark\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00bb <strong>photo album <\/strong>2007\/0921 ~ GaiaPark<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>To Dave:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The double anniversary has come&#8230; my birthday and your dying day \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p>Last year I said I would keep celebrating on this day&#8230; celebrating both our lives! So dear Dave, today I raise my glass on my 44 years on this planet and on the couple of years you&#8217;ve been a part of it! We wanted it to be so many more years, but there&#8217;s a lot of truth in what Lisa said. We lost you and Dan, but gained so much in return &#8211; a whole family in our case which we are extremely grateful for. Still we wish we could turn back time and have you and Dan back in the city that we hope to call home soon. We love you and miss you!
